Financing resilience: EU Reflection group presents final report on mobilising financing to help EU prepare for climate risks

This report of the European Reflection Group on Mobilizing Climate Resilience Financing takes a close look at the challenges of climate change and adaptation, and what different actors must do to strengthen Europe’s resilience. I had the privilege of contributing as an independent expert.
